Chapter 3 - Inquiry

Section 65. Report on an inquiry.

(1) The Commission shall publish a report, setting out its findings as a result of any inquiry it conducts.

(2) The Commission shall publish the report within thirty days of the conclusion of the inquiry.

(3) The Commission shall not include in the report any material—

(a)

that is of a confidential nature;

(b)

the disclosure of which is likely to prejudice the fair trial of a person;

(c)

which would involve the unreasonable disclosure of personal information about any individual (including a deceased individual); or

(d)

that is the subject of a direction under section 63 or 64.
