Chapter 7 - Notification And Resolution Of Disputes

Section 88. Register of decisions.

(1) The Commission shall register all decisions it makes under this Chapter, in accordance with Chapter 6 of this Part.

(2) The register shall contain—

(a)

the names of the parties to the dispute;

(b)

a general description of the matter pertaining to the decision; and

(c)

the date of the decision,

but not the terms and conditions of the decision.
