PART III - FUNCTIONS AND POWERS OF THE CORPORATION

Section 20. Delegation of the Corporation's functions or powers.

(1)The Corporation may delegate any of its functions or powers to any committee established under section 19 as it may deem necessary or desirable.

(2)Any function or powers delegated under this section—

(a)

may be so delegated subject to such conditions or restrictions as the Corporation may either generally or specifically impose;

(b)

shall be exercised by the committee in the name and on behalf of the Corporation.

(3) A delegation under this section shall not preclude the Corporation itself from performing or exercising at any time any of the functions or powers so delegated.
