Section 26. Protection from personal liability.

No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie personally against any member or employee of the Corporation or any other person under the direction of the Corporation for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in the execution or purported execution of this Act or any of the Intellectual Property Legislation.
