PART V - FINANCE

Section 29. The Fund.

(1)A Fund to be known as the "Intellectual Property Fund" to be administered and controlled by the Corporation is established.

(2)The Fund shall consist of—

(a)

all moneys received by the Corporation for services rendered by the Corporation to the Government as its agent or for services rendered by the Corporation to any person;

(b)

all moneys received by the Corporation by way of grants;

(c)

all moneys derived from the disposal, lease or hire of, or any other dealings with, any property vested in or acquired by the Corporation;

(d)

all moneys derived as income from investments by the Corporation;

(e)

all moneys borrowed by the Corporation under this Act; and

(f)

all other moneys lawfully received by the Corporation.
