 Background
The Malaysian Smart School Flagship was premised on the strong belief that information and communication technology is a key enabler to imparting the learning desire to all.

It was implemented on a Pilot basis between 1999 and 2002.

Deemed one of the most forward-looking ICT-mediated learning initiatives in the world, the Smart School Flagship attempts to reinvent the teaching-learning processes.
