Teaching and Learning Materials

  • Teaching and Learning Materials for Bahasa Melayu, English Language, Mathematics and Science were delivered to the pilot schools and selected Divisions of the Ministry in the form of browser-based courseware, teacher's guides, student worksheets, and exemplar lesson plans. Textbooks for Secondary Mathematics were also delivered.

  • The number of courseware titles for each subject is as follows:

Systems Integration

  • The systems integration activities for testing, configuration management, formulation and refinement of the Smart School ICT Security Policies and Procedures were carried out as scheduled.

  • In addition, the various tests to ensure an acceptable quality in the Applications Software (Smart School Management System and the Teaching and Learning Materials) were also carried out on schedule.

  • The following tests were conducted before the various components of the Smart School Integrated Solution were released to the schools:
